Help Me Find a Head Unit for These Requirements

Buget is around $250.

Will be using external 5 chanel amp.

Looking for best SQ.

Will be using it with my non-ipod MP3 player, playing FLAC files.

I'm not going to be running an active system so I don't need and crazy xovers.

Suggestions?
