These are all going to be single 12":

- RE SX

- RE SE

- JL W6

Any other suggestions? I want deep, clean, powerful bass. Going to give the sub 950 watts RMS @ 2 ohms because my amp isn't 1 ohm stable. Help me. Kinda prefer the selection above because sources are limited in Guam but I'm open to other suggestions. Just will have to wait for the sub to arrive. Looking to spend about $250 - $300. Thanks...

Well, the W6V2 really isn't designed with quite that much power in mind, so if you insist on using all of it, I'd mark it off of the list.

In terms of linear output though it's certainly able to keep up with the other drivers. I'd honestly consider that a little north of the ideal powe range of the SE as well, but I'm sure that it would still work properly.

The SX can easily take that power, however. If you are emphasizing loudness over accuracy, I'd take the SX, otherwise I'd get the W6v2.

That's what I was thinking but I wanted others' opinion. I have a 10" W6 and I love the way it sounds but it's output is not enough for me. Going with a 12" would be louder, correct? And I'm not one of the enthusiast who like the bass to be heard miles away. I just want something on hand that'll sound good and cause my passengers throats to rattle. Just a little bit...

i have a 12w6 and i personally love it. however i recently got another 12w6 and am designing my bos for it atm. so i guess it would be a good choice.

Save some money, get the FI SSD Dual 1, if not move up to the Q dual 1.
