Help Me Come Up With My Friends First System!!!!

Ok, Its going to be my friends first system so he will need everything, amp, wires, he wants two subs, head unit, and i can build a box for him. All for under 600, I was thinking that this wouldnt be enough but i know you guys can help me, Especially with the Head Unit, and i think his stock speakers should be fine.

I was thinking of a couple of assasins, and 1200 watt amp from hifonics, and not sure about the head unit. and im thinking wires from knukonceptz.com, just the head unit is giving me trouble.

why not just get 1 12 ported with a nice 1000 watt amp? that would be a lot easier and cheaper than 2 subs.

subs 2 pioneer 306c 12's. you can get 2 for about the price of 1 alpine type r 130 shipped. one of the best bang for the buck subs around. you can get a profile ap2000 for about 175 shipped. get a decent pioneer deck and grab some tsunami wire great budget wire.my 2 cents. you would be amazed what this little system can do

hmmm i guess he doesnt need a deck anymore, so just subs and amp, he doesnt want to spend more than 350 on the subs all together.

I agree with the pioneer subs because i owned a couple of older ones around that price and they sounded decent for the money, but if he wants decent spl subs for a reasonable price the 187 12's from IA would be a good choice. I just picked up a couple of them myself last week.

I say get 1 12inch sub and a good amp

Get a Type R Port it and put about 1200 watts to it
