help me out guys im having trouble brainstorming some topics. You engineers out their might have some good input.

-write a short message to pres. obama sharing what you think the most important science/engineering/technology projects that the country should be working on. If you think a modern day "Manhattan project" should be implemented by the government, what would it be? How should the government funding of research projects be distributed and to whom?
