HELP<> Best Amp for Rockford SUBS!

Hopefully I could get some help on the following ASAP... Because I am ready to install this.... lol

Anyway My subs just came in P3D412. I am thinking about getting a P8002 or

T5001BD amp. I would like to know the best way to wiring these speckers up in the box to get my full power and ohm.

My bookley says

-4 ohm DVC speacker=1 ohm load

-2 ohm DVC speacker= 2 ohm load

-4 ohm DVC speacker= 4 ohm load

What is your opionion on this with out harming the amp or subs?

I am going to guess your subs are dual 4 ohm voice coil subs which means you can wire each sub to either 2 ohms or 8 ohms each. Both subs wired together will give you either a 4ohm load or a 1 ohm load. Choice which ever amp will give you the most power at either 1 ohm or 4ohm.

Peace, Lee
