Help Im not sure of the Demensions

Hello if anybody could tell me what to cut the boards to to make this design it would really heelp me out i was about to go to lowes but im not sure which board overlaps which in this design http://community.webshots.com/photo/118877623/118877865yGoHue thanx alot if anybody could just tell me what to cut each of the sides to that would be great

im going to cut out the wholes for the port and sub
