Help identifying subwoofer

Saw these and the dustcap looks familiar but I couldnt remember...The magnet has no maker or brand...

Who knows what these are? They were dual 4s and 15"

Looks like a blue E with a dot....It just seems really familiar to me

 
its definitely an older model elemental designs, but its too tough to tell from just the cone/cap which model. they made some really awesome subs during that time, including an sp series, which were incredibly loud and durable. they were comparable to the original 9500 series from dd at the time.

Reading ohms is very touchy. Stay still and measure. Both coils should read very close to each other. Around 1.8 for dual two ohm and 3.6 for dual...

That's an older sub, pretty sure it was made by Targa and its the Venom line. I remember seeing them back in the late 90's early 2000's if memory...

If you have the patience, you can definitely rebuild it. Hardest part would be to find the coil that best fits it. It may not be a common size...
