help determing an amp

Okay I have 2 Kenwood Kenwood - KFC-W3012 in my trunk in a sealed box. Right now I just have some crap 600w boss amp hooked up. I'm pretty cheap saw a lanzar 2000w for about a hundred. That's my budget at tops. If I were to upgrade would it make a huge difference or should I just get a ported box? Also have a 2farad cap hooked up.

I'd keep the Boss amp until I was able to save up for a more powerful amp. If you're not that patient, you can find something decent on the popular online auction site.
