Help deciding on new setup

Doing 8 10's in the trunk of my 2009 Malibu in a sealed/bandpass...Going to be on 6k or so, so ideally 750 per sub. Looking at all the normal choices in this arena but wondering how much of a difference there will be between a mid level sub and an entry level sub. I want to retain some sq but mainly looking for spl. As much as it pains me to say this, do you think cvr's would do well?

you wont have enough room probably to fit 8 10's

It will be a sealed U or V shaped box firing into the cab, a horizontal clamshell I guess. So it wouldn't be a bandpass in the traditional sense, but will perform similarly from what I've been told. I can fit 8 10's in about .5-1 cu. ft. per no prob though

wont perform anything like a bandpass.... It'll perform like a sealed box... That's still alot of cone area though.

Alright I was mis informed, so it will be a SEALED box...So what subs? Would cvr's work well?
