since you dont have a large pot do this
take the lobster whole and cut it in half from head to tail
you will cut dead center of the head with a big *** knife
then in a large saute pan with olive oil cook fine diced shallots chopped basil thyme and garlic untill softened then season with salt and pepper and a little old bay seasoning iof available about 2 min
then scoop out the lobster guts and save em place the lobster in the pan cut side down
you might need a little more oil if it soaks it all up cook on low to medium heat for a few minutes
add about a cup of white wine does not matter what kind and cover to let the wine steam the lobster
once the meat is firm and cooked remove from the pan with tongs leaving the liquid behind
add 2 oz of fresh lemon juice 1 more cup of wine and the lobster guts to the pan cook untill reduced by half then add 1.5 tablespoons of butter and stir into liquid untill fully melted then pour on the lobster and eat
