help choosing HTIB

i was gonna build one but for what ill use it for, IMO its not worth it.

well i went and got this one today at sears-

im basically a dumb ****, becuase i didnt read and see that theres no drive on it, so its JUST the receiver and speakers....for 350.

although i dont ever watch dvd's or anything, and ill be hooking it up with my PC anyways, so i REALLY dont need the dvd player, but should i keep it or return it?

any other ideas for 400 or under? (even if i do build my own DIY setup) give me some ideas. i just got the sony today so i have 30 days to return it if i want.
