Help Choosing an amp

I need some help choosing the right amp for my new setup.

I have a single Kicker CompVR w/ dual 4-ohm voice coils ( I got free) in a sealed 1.25 ft inclosure. 4 Rainbow Audio IQ Line 6.25" Midbass 2.5 midrange and tweeters.

I'm not looking for thunderous bass obviously, but would like some kick when the mood strikes.

I really don't want to spend more than $400.00 but I will spend more for the right sound.
