Help choosing an Alarm

I just want a basic alarm: one siren, starter kill, keyless entry (and if possible, a button that lowers the windows... I live in Miami, and it gets so hot... basically all year 'round. Maybe even one that starts the car and puts the AC on. If that's not too expensive)

I have a '98 Mustang and it already has keyless entry. (I'm pretty sure) and it had an alarm, but I couldn't activate it or anything, so I took it out. It was wired poorly anyway. The siren was just sitting in my engine bay, not even screwed down.

Anyway, I don't want anything big and fancy: like an unlock from a mile away (which seems useless and dangerous) Anyone care to suggest one?

My price range is like $100 bucks, more if necessary.

And I'd be doing the install myself. I'm pretty good with instructions.

EDIT:: I did some homework, and I found a lot of people like their Viper 791vx. But, I have some few complaints: one, the controller. I'd like a less bulky one. Just your average basic black square-thing. Also, I don't want a mile range. I keep my keys in my back pocket, what if I accidentally sit on the "unlock" button? With a mile range, Jesus, the guy could be in my car and out of the district by the time I get back to it. Is there any way to dampen the range of that unit? Also, change the remote itself?

There's also the Viper 350HV, which has the small controller that I want but less options, granted is noteably cheaper.

Should I go for the 350HV?
