Hey guys, haven't been on the forums in a while, but i've got a question...
I'm workin on the stereo in my 1998 Dodge Durango. Stock has 4 Mid's and 2 Tweeters. I'm lookin' to replace everything with new equipment.
I need help choosing out an Amp for my speakers, i'm not sure how many channels, or anything.
I've purchased almost everything so far, heres what i have:
Alpine CDA-9857 Head Unit
CDT CL-641/ 3-Way Component Speakers
and an Alpine MRD-M1005 Mono Amp to go with my Eclipse SW9102 10" Sub
I am a little confused about how many ch.'s I need for an Amp...I keep hearing mixed things, one person telling me I only need a 2ch. while the other telling me I need a 6ch...its kinda confusing..lol
Can someone please guide me in the right direction for an amp that will fit my setup nicely? I am looking to spend between 250-400... any help would be awesome. thanks guys!
