Help!!! cant get ahold of RE

Well its Sunday today, and its been a long weekend for the holiday for alot of people. Perhaps RE has been shut down since thrusday or something. They will be there tomorrow Im sure.

If you are angry, keep in mind they are a small operation with only one location. Ive been trying to get ahold of anyone at Verizon (not wireless) on the west coast since friday when their computer called me and said to call them back. The entire of Verizon on the East coast is shut down thru the whole weekend, and cant even get ahold of anyone to give me any possible west coast numbers. My point? Its not just an RE thing.

They just answered my email yesturday (27th) after sending them one on the 22nd. So maybe it was just someone who happened to look at the emails from home or something..../shrug

I'm sure like the others have said, maybe they have been off due to holiday.

they werent open on thur or friday. i called them tuesday and ordered my SX.have you gotten your tracking#? I ordered on tuesday afternoon and they shipped wednesday. they should be here this wednesday.

I dont think i have my trackin number? my mom ordered mine whike i was at school, maybe she does.? I should have had mine this wed., but i guess due to thanksgiving it has delayed or sumthin. dosent sound right, it shouldnt have delayed on wednesday.you dont get your tracking # when you order, you have to call them a day or two after. i dont know, mine has been in arizona since thursday, if it hasnt went anywhere tomorrow im gonna be mad.

AHAH! it me like a ton a bricks, yes, cuz my pyle sub should travel faster then it has, but it was the holiday week, I was wonderin y UPS was so slow

Ordered my comps on monday. Wednesday i got my tracking number. Thursday and friday the were in phoenix arizona. Now there sitting in Shawnee Kansas and should be here today!

Sometimes they are backed up plus with the Holiday an all, your not gonna get someone to pick up the phone. I was fortunate when I ordered my XXX, I got a tracking number within 15 minutes and it was shipped to me 5 days after I ordered //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif Awesome experience for me.
