My desktop takes up less space than my laptop and I just happen to be selling it

With the dual core cpu, 2gb ram and the 10k Raptor hard drive this is a very fast pc!

how much do you have to spend on one? alienwares are by far the best even though they are mainly for gaming but they are about the best...other then the dell xps.

ill be using my tv as the screen so i have no need for another one. I cant really see the computer in the pic(small on my phone) could you post a pic with the pc closer. Thanks and how is it cosmetically?

The only laptop Pentium processors around are the Pentium Dual Cores, which are basically chopped down Intel Core Duo processors. In other words, they **** ...
Oh and the Pentiums you speak of (based on the Netburst architecture) are a relic of the past ... They no longer exist in laptops and will soon be discontinued altogether from desktops. Thanks for recommending him a laptop based on information from 3 years ago, though ...

since you seem to know alot about computers.....is the above computer a pretty good deal? Thanks everyone for the help.

LOL and every test I saw a while back the 1.6ghz Intel Centrino was comparable to a 3.0ghz Pentium 4 so I think he has his fact completely backasswards

For shear computing power there is no comparing with the Core2Duo/Quad these days.

the box on the bottom right, it is 8"x8"x11", so it is smaller than a shoe box depending on that size feet you have

Look into getting a Mac. I got a MacBook for college and I like it better than any of the thinkpads and other laptops I see around campus that my friends and other people are using. The MacBooks are 1200, and the MacBook Pro's are 2000, so you could get a MacBook on your $1500 budget.

I was looking at the sony vaio CR notebook (VGN-CR120E) it has pretty much everything i need and is about $1460 with tax at best buy. ....should I?
