Help building box for 350z

I'm trying to save some money and build a box for my 350z. The box will be going under the strut bar in the trunk. The box is for a 10W3V3 @ 4ohms, and I was wondering what the best airspace volume would be. Do you guys recommend a type of wood? Sorry for the noob questions. I'm trying to build a box like this.

The design of this box may look complex, but if you look at how the box is actually setup it looks quite easy to build at home. Let me know what you guys think!

MDF wood and id go with 1.3 cubed, so you wouldn't be able to fit it right under there, why not make one that goes in the actual trunk space?

otherwise you will be stick with less than ~ 0.69 cuft after displacement. You would definitely need poly fill.

There is a box that is called sealed, I know CA doesnt know much about this but .75 cubes as called on the specs for the box in the link would work fine for a sealed 10

1.3 cubed over .7 would yield a much flatter response (-12db roll would be more gradual) and thus generally a better sound.
