Help - Best AMP Speaker Configuration

My amp is a cheaper low end amp, Lanzar HTG237 1000 Watt 2 Channel Mosfet Amplifier. Volume is more important than Sound Quality.

My speakers are 6.5" (Pair) Pyle Audio PLMRW65 200 Watt Two Way Speakers.

Is it bettert to configure as 2 x 125W RMS at 4 OHMS or 2 x 225W RMS at 2 OHMS per my amp configuration options. The first option would be a single pair split between channels and the second option would be 4 speakers as parallel connected pairs.

Should I be concerned about any risk to my amp or speakers in either configuration?
