Ok took out my system before I went on vacation to SD. Disconnect amp and deck cause didnt want my stuff to get stolen. Came back from vacation and hook everything back to how it was. Amp turns on but no output. Checked grounds, fuses, wiring (except rca) but rca fairly new. And I even changed my deck. Amp has no output what so ever. I even checked my speaker wiring and nothing. Amp not even that old. Bought brand new from a member from this forum. Please any suggestions would ease my mind. Amp model alpine mrp-850

how are you checking for output? are you using a DMM and measuring voltage? i recommend disconnecting speaker wire from the amp, using a portable music source as input, playing 50Hz test tones and looking for AC voltage on the speaker terminals. note that the amp should be off while disconnecting things.

Yeah, put the probes on the power wire and ground wire of the amplifier. Multimeter on DC. Do not put it on the wires that go to your speakers. M
