So i recently had to turn down the gains of my amps, and im looking for ways i can add more pressure to my current set up, im not sure if there are certain "secrets" or settings that truely affect it, im new to this part of Car audio
im not sure how i could move the box around, its a subs up port back design taking up almost the entire back //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/frown.gif.a3531fa0534503350665a1e957861287.gif i wasnt sure if slope settings would change it or not, just began learning how to tune properlyBox, cone area, better drivers, more power.
Try moving the box around first.
were you clipping before? Did the subs get smelly or something? You could have possibly just turned down the gain too much.So i recently had to turn down the gains of my amps, and im looking for ways i can add more pressure to my current set up, im not sure if there are certain "secrets" or settings that truely affect it, im new to this part of Car audio
yeah i do not beleive there was clipping, i showed it to my "sound buddies" and they said they didnt notice, i was slowly turning up the gain as i drive around to see how that went, but surprisingly the amp doesnt even get that warm, even after an hour if banging, unless theve been baking in the sun of coarseYeah, if the subs were fine the way they were before and you weren't clipping, amp wasn't getting too hot and no smell...you can probably turn it back to where it was before.
