i need help picking an amp for 2 12's with a max power of 1300 watts, and 350 RMS watts i have a budget of about 250 and should i get either 1 amp per sub or 1 2 channel one. also can you take a mono amp and make it power 2 subs?

you should just get one amp to power the subs, a 2 channel one would be fine, and yes you can power 2 subs with a mono amp, are your subs dual or single voice coil and what is their ohm configuration?

looks like those are single 4 ohm subs, so you'll be going for a 2 ohm load check this out for how you'll be wiring it http://www.caraudio.com/vb/showthread.php?t=31984

a friend of mine ran two of those subs off of some cheap lightning audio amp and they sounded alright, honestly, any amp that puts out 800 watts or so at 2 ohms should be fine for those subs
