Help.... 98 Cavalier....

Ive never installed any car audio products before.... i blew out 2 of my speakers in my 98 cavalier and bought replacements.... but the problem is... i cant get at the **** speaker...i took out all the door screws and still cannot get at it... help me out!!!! someone!!! please!!!
