Hey guys.....i have 2 ZED Audio miniliths.....each capable of...........

Output Current (amps into 1 ohm)....................600wx1

Output Current (amps into 2 ohm)....................400wx1

Output Current (amps into 4 ohm)....................200wx1

Typical Continuous Output power into 1 ohm....650wx1

Typical Continuous Output power into 2 ohm....480wx1

Typical Continuous Output power into 4 ohm....260wx1

You can strap these together also for these specs (Bridged)

Continuous Output Power 2 channels bridged into 2 ohm.......1200wx1

Continuous Output Power 2 channels bridged into 4 ohm.......800wx1

Continuous Output Power 2 channels bridged into 8 ohm.......400wx1

I know the 13W7 is a dual 1.5ohm sub, and was wondering how I should do this and just how much power would I be putting out.......I don't care about breakin any DB records.....just a daily driver that I want to little loud......"I have heard this thing about a amp per voice coil.....you guys let me know" whats best and how much power I would be getting from these amps in the best configuration. Just got the amps so getting something ELSE isn't an option/////// System is SQ inspired....//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/fro.gif.c695f1f814b01c4ad99fe7f8cccadd29.gif

I would simply run one amp per coil.

You could strap the amplifiers and run the coils in series....but there's no power advantage and frankly I think the wiring of both the subwoofer and amplifiers would be more confusing.

So yeah....I would just run one per coil.

I would probably strap the amps then wire the sub in series to a final 3 ohm load for the amps.

I might be wrong, but wouldn't you have to be dead nuts accurate with a DMM when you set the gains ont he amps if you run one per coil and don't strap em ?

id imagine any difference in output from the amps would seriously effect performance of the sub.

With a little patience it's pretty simple to match them to within +/- .1V

That's definitely a small enough difference to be completely irrelevant.

You would have to be pretty retarded to set the gains with a DMM and not be able to match them to within acceptable tolerances.
