Well I got these tweets from James Bang for Christmas and finally got around to installing these a week ago. The Helix build quality of these tweets are second to none, with the biggest speaker wire gauge I have seen a tweeter. Although these were smaller in diameter to the Id Nx30's the Helix were heavier. We installed these on the dash in my Tsx stock location facing up, running active of a Alpine 9815, powered by a SS D'artagnan 5.1, receiving around 65 watts. Crossed at 2.5k 24db slope and the Mach mli 6.5 at 2.5k with 24db. Right off the back these tweeters sounded really smooth with no sibilance, quite like life and detailed. These tweeters just brought out the voice in Hotel CAlifornia and was really easy to pick out the instruments cause of the separation and the clarity of these tweets. Brought these down to 2k and the handle it with no worries and did not trip up either. The top end were really controlled. Helix really did a great job making a really natural sounding tweets.
