Whichever you can get cheaper.

Both companies make GREAT amps, I'd probably base my decision on a visuals, how well the amp will fit into your install, do they give you the proper signal processing (if needed) and price. I personally LOVE the way the Helix amps look, very sleek and sexy, that would be my personal choice.

You really can't go wrong either way.
