Have you ever gone out or are currently with a woman who only likes when you are happy with her?

For example, if you get audio equipment and get very excited she just pisses you off because she cant stand you being content with anything else?

Another example, when you acquire the best pitcher in baseball and are so excited to a point that you might even bust one and all she can say is negative things?

....just curious, this is not happeneing to me. I just wanted to see what you guys have to say.

Of course. My g/f hates it when I get something new, she thinks I'm showing off.

Doesn't help when I try to parallel it to her getting a new Coach bag...then she thinks I think she cares about expensive things, which she fronts to me like she doesn't when I know she knows I know she likes expensive things.

Me and my wife have an understanding. When I buy something that makes me happy she goes out and spends twice as much to make her happy. I was lucky when her happy spending was the 42" Plasma TV. I had a g/f who liked it when I was angry, it instantly made her in a happy mood. She was obnoxious when she did that. Also, when I was happy about something, like something stupid like just getting a free detail job on my Explorer, she would always ask me to do stuff for HER to make up for my being in a good mood and her being such a *****.
