I'm in my 5th year right now. It's a 4 1/2 year program but I managed to screw up my schedule enough so that I have to make it a 5 year program, haha. I've got 7 credit hours to take this spring then I'm done (taking 13 right now). The light at the end of the tunnel has appeared....Mechanical for me. That's where I am at this moment! //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/laugh.gif.48439b2acf2cfca21620f01e7f77d1e4.gif I work at BorgWarner and tomorrow is my last day of co-op term. Come Monday school starts. It's really nice being ahead of the game with 2+ years of work already under the belt. It is incredible how much time meetings and such really do take up. Where'd you work? Then again, I know what the real world is like. Our school has a pretty decent engineering program that involves mandatory co-ops, so I worked for a company for 2 years (making $17 an hour) which was awesome but it was a real eye opener. In the real world engineers only spend like 10% of their time actually engineering. The rest is taken up by meetings and paperwork. Then there's the stupid office politics and crap, it can be kind of overwhelming. But maybe I was just working with the wrong people...
Owens Illinois, they're one of the largest glass bottle manufacturers in the world.
