put some weight into it when you do situps? The hard thing about the abs is that you have to not only gain muscles there, you need to cut off the fat too. It doesn't matter how much muscles you have there, if it's covered by a thick layer of fat, you'll never see those muscles. It works the other way around too of course, if you have no muscles and no fat, there really won't be anything to look at either.Soo people who have previously not had a six pack then got one. Ive only been doing sit ups for about a month ive worked myself up to about 240 a day and ive lost 10 lbs. Not sure how much i should weigh im 5'8 and 155 lbs. Well after a month of doing sit ups my obliques are starting to get defined but my stomach is not. Its completely flat and I have noticed that it is much harder than it was before. Do i need to loose more weight or just build more muscle mass? Im also working out the rest of my body dont worry lol
Is there something special I should eat? or is it just a matter of loosing weight? Ive changed my diet too in the past month of starting to work out, quit drinking pop completely stoped eating fast food and junk food. I try to eat as organic as possible and eat a lot of meat and proteinAbs aren't made in the gym, they're made in the kitchen. Fix your diet.
Good luck, it will be a great feeling when you finish. As soon as the ceremony is over, you are going to want to sign up for another, and another etc. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gifStarted training for my first 5k this week.
