Dr. Stoppani been kickin my arse all week. if yall are into HIIT check it out, so far its working for my "cutting" stage. and by cutting i mean burning off the holiday jiggle..
I wanna try HIIT, but right now i am training for 5k's. So i am just going to run a 5k 3 times a week for right now. Best time is 25 minutes so far. Average time is around 28 minutes though. Also for my lifting routine I am thinking of switching up how i do legs to more str then size oriented. Going to be doing a 3x5 for deep sqauts finished with a light weight 12 rep.
