I wanna try HIIT, but right now i am training for 5k's. So i am just going to run a 5k 3 times a week for right now. Best time is 25 minutes so far. Average time is around 28 minutes though. Also for my lifting routine I am thinking of switching up how i do legs to more str then size oriented. Going to be doing a 3x5 for deep sqauts finished with a light weight 12 rep.

Straight wrecked my hammies on squats today bros.
Dem deep squats + Straight leg dead lifts will get you every time.

 
Broke a Personal Record in running a 5k. Did it in 23.5 minutes with my old record of being 25 minutes. I also did this on 30 hours of no sleep.

Weight: 195lbs

Body Fat %: 7.8

Goals: 205lbs and be part of health and fitness magazines
