weighed in at 179 lbs this morning post work out. I started to run 5 days a week also. 3 days are just light runs, while 2 days are going for speed and distance. Also i started a new lifting routine that focuses more on strength. I am on track for my diet so far to make my goal of 150lb by my 21st.
