Health and fitness

I am no fitness guru but i know what bro science is and isnt. So I can help you out and as much as you all hate it spider monkey knows a thing or two also on this stuff.

Also when you drasticly change reps from 9 to like 3 that is changing a whole program. 1-5 reps is optimal for strength and 8-12 is optimal for hypertrophy size.
@SpiderMonkey; I'm def not a skinnyphat bro. As far as a ripped physique, I've most likely got at least 99% of the forum beat. Us GymRatCrew Bros gotta keep the awareness goin. lol
You don't want to troll in this thread, we all some big, fit mutha fuggers hopped up on roids with small brains, big muscles and little impulse control.

Oh, I'm sure you do. I'm sure you also believe that everyone in magazines is "all natural" and that supplements really work, right?
5% Is day-of-show. And even then it is maintained for hours at a time.

You have to understand the difference between having no water/estrogen in your system, and having low bodyfat percentage. And if you knew anything you'd know bodybuilders carb UP before they go on stage. Slin mang. Slin.

But yes, everyone should be healthy. I agree.
Body fat percentage cannot fluctuate daily, much less hourly. that is an ignorant statement. do any research, anywhere on that. that would be water and carb levels.

Greg Plitt, Obi Obadike, Scott Dorn, Diego Sebastian, Josef Rakich are just a few names that maintain 4-6% year round. look em up. there are many more names i could give ya if you like. I look up to a lot of these guys, and my goal is to get to that level with time. Lots of guys in mags are natural. lots are not. that has nothing to do with anything. i also take several supplements that help with my personal gains, as opposed to without. these supps are also backed by science, look em up, protein, creatine, glutamine, hmb, as well as fish oils and a daily multi. lazy guys scream steroids at anyone who is in better shape than they are willing to sacrifice for.

here is another guy who maintains 5% and goes into the carb/sodium/water depletion. there are more where that came from if you like

good supps-

You should know I don't troll too much brag

Squats rox. Start out every gym day with them.

K, I was just curious. I'm sure you have me beat. But I don't ottermode because ripped isn't focus. I'm more into the powerlifting aspect of weight lifting.
Yeah, I increase weight regularly to get strong but my main focus is getting jacked. Not really ottermode, but bigger. The hulk is my idol.

Right now i am doing a hypertrophy style of lifting. When i finish my cut i am going to start a strength program and see dem gains of peace.
