Headunit under $150

I want to purchase a headunit for my type-s coaxile 5.25 and 5x7 speakers. I wont be purchasing an amp so i wanted a headunit that can show some potential of the speakers. I want mp3 cd compatible and ipod ready of ipod convertible where the headunit can control the ipod. Any extras will be great. I was also wondering what the set of preamp outputs and band of equilizers are. thanks. I can go flex my budget up to 200 if necessary.
