since i cant find any radio harnesses for my venture that doesnt have the bus thingy. I was wondering if using t-taps so i could tap into my stock radio harness w/ my deck harness, would work? & i dont want to jsut buy one little harness online thats like $10 for shipping it. I already tried to find a harness locally but w/ no luck.

I actually just did this for the buss part are you talking about the part where premimum sound alright here is what you do. take a battery drill battery i used take two wires and put em in each hole of the piece find out which speaker is making static then cut those two wires from the back wire them up to the hu wiring . and keep repeating the process. hope that helps.

Here is a picture that might help you out

those are premimum sound wiring's not for your car im just using those as an example now tap two seperate wires into each hole then use the other ends to the battery will make static then u can hear what speaker it is then cut those wires out of the harness and tie them into the wiring into the aftermarket h.u.

my van doesnt have the premium system or anything. i jsut need that like $80 harness since my radio makes/does all the warning chimes.

oh i would say screw it then don't even worry about the chimes there annoying anyway's lol.

i would but cant find a harness that doesnt have the bus thingy. & i dont wnat to spend to much on this install, since i wont have this car for long. so the cheaper the better.
