headunit help/questions......

ok well I got two hedunits i switch out every once and awhile... A kenwood kdc-x979 and kenwood ddx-6019 double din dvd player...

My problem is when I had the kdc-979 all set up and what not, it sounded loud, sub would be loud too.... then when I installe the ddx6019 the sub sounds loude too...

But now, when I switch back too the 979 the sub would be low, the mids and rear coax would be louder than the sub? Dunno why...

any guesses??

the settings. when you take out a HU you loose all its settings, just go back in there and reset all of them, or you may have also used a different pre-out (RCA) on the headunit

if u set all the settings beck to the same, make sure that one of the RCA cables didn't slip off. happend to me a few times.
