Headunit help Max675vd

for the past week my headunit clarion max675vd has been shutting off at random times when the car is in park it will work fine as soon as i take it out of gear it shuts off does anyone know a soultion to this problem.....and when it shuts off i cant turn the power back on im only able to open and close the monitor
