Headunit Help for Subaru Legacy

I am putting in a new headunit for my sister's 2004 Subaru Legacy. Can not find anything besides massive amounts of spam on google. I need to know:

1.) how to remove the plastic around the headunit first off.

2.) does the headunit just remove with hex screws?

3.)do I just match the colors of the headunit wires with the wire harness wires correct? Or is there a difference I should be aware of?

I am getting very frustrated with all this spam. Any help will be greatly appreciated
