Headunit blinking?

i hooked up my pioneer headunit and it was blinking, So i tried my jvc headunit and it did the same thing, what would be causing this?

Has anyone ever had this problem?

check the dimmer or illumination wire.

Is it just your HU or all your interior lighting? If it's the latter, then you might want to check your battery/alternator.

the lights were working fine in the interior,But now the hu wont even turn on and all the lights wont turn off inside.. and all the doors are closed

could the orange wire mess up the electric system if i was touching something?

i clipped off the wires i dont not use.. the orange wires..The headunit is fine.. and the Speaker wires are hooked up Correctly ,Do i have to re wire the car or is there anything i can do?

it's either a bad ground or the illumination wire is hooked up wrong....

re-ground the ground and clip/tape the illum wire

i clipped the Orange Wires

do u think re grounding the ground could Possibly Fix this problem?

Take the black wire from the HU and put it on a seperate ground (not the one on the harness )

Hook it to bare metal somewhere behind the dash, the shorter the bettre
