Anything cheaper than this audiovox set that is worth considering?

I'm looking to get dvd video to the back seat, but don't want a dvd indash. I'm doing a pioneer fh-p8000bt head unit, so I can always add audio from a dvd into this head unit, but am looking for the best way to add dvd for a reasonable price.

Can't find any reasonable priced pioneer dvd changers, so it looks like dvd headrests may be the only other answer.
