Should be pretty straight-forward. Remove sun visors, dome light, etc...anything that is screwed through it. Going to have to remove some trim as well. Should come right out.

As for redoing it, if the material is still usable, just find the correct spray adhesive and reattach it. Or, if the material is toast, find what material you want to use, and attach it (spray adhesive also.)
