Head unit/speaker wiring for 4 Channel amp- Parallel 1:L/2:R, Bridged Sub:3&4

Hello!

I just installed a Power Acoustik PDN 626B Double Din AM/FM/DVD/BT 6.2-Inch with Navigation in my 2005 crv, and am want to learn how to wire the speakers and amp correctly.

I am planning on running my 4 speakers+1 sub using solely my 4 channel 150Wx4@4ohms amplifer's power. I am planning on running both left/right speakers (100RMS each) in parallel in channel 1&2 and subwoofer (250RMS@4) bridged for 3&4.

First off, is this a good idea?

What wires do I need to run from the head unit to the amp to achieve this?

Could I bridged the L/R speakers wiring to the head and set, used an rca y-adapter to couple the FR+BR and FL+BR and send 2 rcas to the amp? Would running speakers in parallel in this way be the correct way to do it- or should I just run rcas from the head unit and manually wiring all speakers to the amp?

Beyond that, what would I use to get the head unit to communicate to the amplifer to play the subwoofer? Would the channel 1&2 rcas be enough and I can just directly wire the sub channels to the amp- or do I need to use that subwoofer rca jack?

Thank you for any and all assistance you can lend!!
