Head Unit Noise. Help?!?

I usually use pioneer Head units but i have gotten my last 2 JVC's Real cheap. I like them a little bit (not as much as the pioneers) but I always get a DISGUSTING noise from my highs. It is such a high pitch sound that that you can barely hear it. But at lower volumes it is SO FREAKIN ANNOYING. Has anyone ever had this problem? if so what can i do to fix it (besides buying a new head unit, I don't have the money)? Any input would be appreciated.//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/confused.gif.e820e0216602db4765798ac39d28caa9.gif

Both cd and radio, I do have a relay behind my deck that I hooked up to the Remote-turn-on wire(to up the amperage of it). Do you think this could be the problem? The head unit is grounded to the stock ground wire. Also, I have moved my amp ground around and the noise didn't change.//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/confused.gif.e820e0216602db4765798ac39d28caa9.gif
