Head Unit help!!

Well it's time to replace my Sony CDX-C90 been acting funky lately and i'm tired with not being able to see the display during the day.

My question is what is out there that is comparable to it with the burr-brown dac's?

I've got a Morel 3 way setup up front with passive crossovers and a 10" sub all running off a Punch 800.

Sound quality is my biggest concern, I know everybody will probably say Pioneer 80PRS but i really would like to stay with my passive x-overs, also I don't want to add another amp to make the 80PRS work with its active x-overs.
