Head Unit Bass

I have an Alpine 105 where should i have the bass set on it. goes up to 7. i got it now at 0.

play with it as you want, but i don't recommend taking it above 50%. if you need more bass then your installation is lacking elsewhere - a head unit eq won't fix.

Alpine's bass control isnt designed to add any bass, in fact all the way up is basically 0.

The way to use it is to set the gains with it all the way up, then just use it to reduce bass if a song has too much.

Inorder for me to reach the proper voltage on the output from my amp, I had to turn my sub setting to 8 out of 10. Not the bass but the sub settings.
