im trying to build a box for a soundqubed hds315 and im using WinISD to get all the measurements and everything down. im putting it in the trunk of an 08 impala and determined i could do a 36" width and 18" height (might be able to go to 20 but would be a tight fit), and have my depth be the variable measurement. was aiming at around 4' of volume and tuned to 30hz. when i went in to find out my port area and volume, i got the port diameter of 16.5x3.8 and 40.94 in total length. after i got this figured out, my depth came out to be 19". now when i look into the transfer function magnitude it takes it clear up to 50Hz. did I do something wrong? cuz i was aiming for 30 and it spiked clear up to 50. heres some screenshots i have

The hds3's model funny in winisd. IMO 30hz is too low, so up the tuning to 33ish. It'll still dig down go the mid 20's. The last 2 I did were 4.25@32hz and 4.5cuft@34hz net, and they turned out awesome. WinISD doesn't account for cabin gain, so you'll be good. Use Torres to design your box, shoot for around 17-18.5 of port per cube.
