HDC3 fail

I will. He really hasn't "proven" anything. Like stated in my last post. A top plate was machined wrong. Okay. Not the end of the world. And for the record, I think the whole internet arguing thing is retarded. Everyone from this area (Wi/ Il) will see each other this year. Things will be said in person, so it is what it is. I could care less since I'm really not involved.
Did I not answer to you how the miss drilled cooling channel has a direct effect on flux modulation and compression? That is proven. My first post proved that a major error wen through AQ. There are dozens and dozens of steps and peoples hands this top plate had to go through. Just an example of a normal assembly line at SJA,JLD, or NCA.

Step 1: Lathe (center punch and ID)

Step 2: Lathe (OD and bevel)

Step 3: Drill press (cooling channels, mounting holes)

Step 4: Tap

Step 5: Coating

Step 6: Motor Assembly

Step 7: Softparts assembly

So from step 3 to 7... this went though atleast three or four peoples hands at any large assembly plant.

OP showed that an error occured, I continued to explain how it impacts the subwoofer, and how it was a pretty lazy thing to not notice. Sure some companies have tolerances that arent always met, that is to be expected, but not like this. I asked to see any other subwoofer with any issue even close to similar to this. Its been 440 posts and a few thousand views later... nothing. Indy answer me how I didnt prove anything. My point was made, my supporting facts were given, no legitimate arugements were made, hell if this arguement were to be looked at by a court, 435 posts would have been thrown out on irrelevancy. You wanted questions answered you got them, you had nothing to say after I explained the issue and its effects. You cant argue it, can we just leave it as maybe just maybe I have a legit point.

actually:1. (noun) men's shorts that are so form-fitting around the crotch that they actually hug the nuts to the point of delineating the testicles for all to ridicule.

2. (noun) a male who likes to put his arms around the testicles of another man.

do you still want to nut hug? mine a a weee cold
you've omitted the car audio forum definition...

yes and no. remember what happened when i sat in a vehicle when the judge said i could? would have to check out the rules about oem style fabric if it has it in there. i dont know really.

you keep talking about how everyone keeps attacking you yet its posts like these that give people reason to! YOUR ATTACKING OTHERS WHEN THEY HAVNT BEEN POSTING! All your talk about MY own builds, MY own equipment, MY own money, and then calling Mike out again?? are you just an attention ***** like JP and Meade? or am I the only person seeing this?

I see your hating on people that have nothing to do with this.

He has proven (pictures) that the QA is sub standard, and has stated his opinion as to the reason AQ isn't up to par with DD. He did not say all, he said two this month.
I am not sure what else he was to prove or what the proof would have consisted of, but the pictures were good enough for me.

I will also note that I have never personally seen a DD, Sundown, IA... go to a customer with issues like that. If you or someone else has please show said proof, that is has more proof power than a picture.
Well he said on the other sub the pole was shifted. That has happened plenty of times with plenty of company's subs.. And you really can't prove that that was a manufacturing defect or a shipping issue. So the other sub really doesn't prove anything.

Then this sub, well I never argued that this was a manufacturing defect that shouldn't have made it through. What I'm saying is, he is making a bigger deal out of it than needs to be made. And that he hasn't shown that it really in reality effects anything. In THEORY if effects the top plates forces on the coil, yes. But in reality does it still work just fine?

Like I said, I'm not arguing or nut hugging. He wanted a debate not name calling, that's what I'm doing.

And as far as me showing you pics of other companies manufacturing defects I can't. I'm not going to lie. I've been lucky and never had any problems. But I'm sure all it takes is a little searching and anyone can find some pics of other companies products that are fubar'd.

He said my car was illegal for SS3-4, did you read that part???? Then he states the rule and my car was within the rules, otherwise Jeremy and Larry would NOT have let me compete. He just talks out of his *** for no reason...
If he's posting opinions then everyone else is entitled to do same.

I consider DJ a friend and respect him, so I take exception to a smart assed kid taking yet another shot at a friend of mine. Most of you would do the same. As has been mentioned there is a LOOOOOONG history with him doing **** like this, but again since 99% of the people on here have never met him in person you probably aren't aware of that and will defend him based off his ramblings on here.

post where any DOA member has ever done that with AQ. I'll wait, but you'll be searching for a long time...
NUTHUGGER = Recommending a product you've never owned or heard/saying it's THE greatest product on the market based solely on the company or what others say. Find me ONE

That is your definition.

I just did a quick search of the internet definitions an here is what I got:

14. What is a “Nut-Hugger”?

Commonly spelled “nuthugger”; an individual who worships someone or something, sometimes to the point of excess; also known as a “fanboy” or “fangirl”. Not to be confused with the alternate definition: tight male underwear or a “banana hammock”.

4. nuthugger 9 up, 2 down

buy nuthugger mugs, tshirts and magnetsA nuthugger is a person that is so into something - person, place, or thing - that they only see and say good things about it. Anyone that goes against this idea of perfection is flamed and insulted.

"those Chuck Liddell nuthuggers can't admit he lost that fight"

So with the internet available definition, yes DOA are nut huggers

nobody cares, isn't that obvious??? Those who like AQ will continue to buy from them and those who don't like AQ won't....

You don't have a clue do you douche lick. I run AQ, Crescendo, Sundown in my car. Have FI & Sundown in the wife's car. I fail at hugging the nutz...

I have NEVER said that AQ was not at fault for this sub slipping through the cracks.
