what would be louder 1 hdc3 12 off 1500 rms, 2 10"inch sdc 2.5 off 1500 rms or 1 kicker l7 15" off 1000 rms... all in the proper enclosure.

What kind of room are you working with? Those 3 options take up a big difference in cubic feet. The L7 is about 5 cubes alone. If you've got room for an L7 you've got room for 2 12's.
