Having the wrong tools sucks

I'm in need of some tools to work effectivly in the workshop. Seeing as many of you here DIY, I think this would be a good place to ask. Anyone got any recomendations for a good table saw, under 350 and a good desktop drill press, under 150?

I bought the Ryobi (sp?) 12" drill press from Home Depot. Paid something like 139.00 on sale or something. I rarely drill wood, I have a fabrication shop so it is used pretty hard on a weekly basis. I have had it for almost 2 years and it has never given me any problems.
