i have an extended cab gmc sierra with those ****** pushout windows and my 18's have pretty much ruined the latches. is there a good double sided tape along with some caulk that will temporarily hold them? i plan on installing stationary windows but dont have the monies right now

post pics bro. You may have to tape the outside edges and the inside edges.

too dark to take pic rite now. but theyre only held on by some screw brackets and a latch. u can open them about 2-3 inches. taping the outside i dont think would help because they are made to open out.

fixed! got some bada$$ foam double sided tape holdin like a champ. now to get some caulk to seal up the air leaks..

seen this with alot of 2 door blazers i want a blazer and im allways thinking of the same issue.

lol i've dealt with it for around 4-5 months. it sounded like total *****, almost worse than a trunk car with no deadening. plus it tore my windows up to where they wouldnt stay closed and leak when i washed it. my truck does not cope well with the 30Hz tune. most songs i play are 35 or below so needless to say alot of air gets moved //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif. hopefully this stuff lasts till i get my stationary windows!
