Having a system installed next week, what do i need to buy?

Hey guys...

I'm finally having my 2 kicker l7s installed this upcoming week. What I need to know is, what I will need to get to have the system installed (ie. Amp kit, mount kit, etc). Also what does amp wattage on 4 gauge wires mean? Thanks for the help

an amp kit is all you need really need... besides tools. Get a cheap one at wal-mart or something. If not, the shop will charge you like 60 dollars for an amp kit.

Some of the amp kits i was looking at said they were rated for 800 watts...the amp i have is for 1500

they underrate wiring. I have over 1000 watts RMS going on 4 gauge and its fine. But if you are considering upgrading in the future bigger wire is a good investment.
