i live outside of a fairly large metro city, in a smaller town. but, there are just as many, if not more, drugs and problems in the smaller towns around here. dont assume a small town means better...not by any means. my school wasnt huge, but not as small as some. nonetheless, we had access to anything we wanted and ways around everything. its all about how theyre raised on what decisions theyll make.
